Always courteous and helpful and they take the time to explain issues that there may be etc.Reception is always excellent both in the service area and as you walk in the showroom, very important to me!

The booking system is rubbish. It is very difficult to get a slot that suits me and no- one there has the slightest understanding of cars. I sometimes have a technical question, and it is far too difficult to get through to the actual dealership to get an answer. The Ashford team I find good, but the call centre is a blocker to talking to them, which I can only assume is deliberate.

Professional customer and vehicle service. The dealership dealt with past service related issues promptly and satisfactorily.

The original booking through a centralised number went wrong. Ashford had no record of me at their branch but found out I had been booked into Tonbridge instead. The job was rebooked for the following week and I have no complaints at all about Ashford's services.
