From initial enquiry to collection of my car I dealt with Jordan Simmonds. Jordan was professional at all times but more importantly he was friendly and understanding. Explained all my options without being pushy or overbearing. He kept his word and always called me back when he said he would. If I ever need to buy another Mercedes from Lookers I would seek out Jordan's services.

I took my car in for a b7 service,A week later there was a an existingbooking to fit a sensor so we agreed the sensor would be fitted at the same time as the service,The sensor wasn’t fitted and I have to take my car back this week which is a bit inconvenient.

Generally overall quite happy, I was told at booking that the service would take a few hours but it actually took all day. I phoned after lunch and they said my car had only just been taken in and then it also needed a large software update which extended it further, I was told about this at lunch time when I phoned. I was also told that the car would be cleaned but it only had a light hoover and a wash so I was a bit disappointed about that
