Generally overall quite happy, I was told at booking that the service would take a few hours but it actually took all day. I phoned after lunch and they said my car had only just been taken in and then it also needed a large software update which extended it further, I was told about this at lunch time when I phoned. I was also told that the car would be cleaned but it only had a light hoover and a wash so I was a bit disappointed about that

The Adblue was not topped up. When I called to enquire why not I was told it had been, but the level gauge indicates otherwise. I was told to bring it in for a check but it is more convenient to purchase the Adblue myself and top it up.
