In the Mercedes quote I received it mentioned that the car would be cleaned inside and out. This is something that I would expect with a prestige brand such as Mercedes. I appreciate that the weather was poor on the day of the service but the car was not cleaned.

My first experience of a service plan. Very good organisation.I asked for a small paint chip to be touched up. That didn't happen. I would have been happy to have paid for a touch up bottle. I now need to make a special trip to Ashford to get one (16 miles).

I’ve previously used Lookers in Maidstone and had an awful experience with them. My car was recalled for a safety issue with the airbag so I booked it in with the Ashford branch. After my previous experience I wasn’t expecting much however I was pleasantly surprised. The booking in process was easy, I dropped my car off and was told when I could expect it back. I was sent a link with a video of my car and any issues it might have and I received a phone call once my car was ready. I explained to the person who called that I might be unable to collect it that day and was told it would be fine, if I didn’t arrive by 5.30 he would mark it as staying over night.I also wanted to have a look at a new GLE as I’m looking to change my car next year. Overall I had a pleasant experience. All the staff were friendly and professional and after my experience I will definitely be considering buying a new car from your Ashford branch.
