Excellent service. Really helpful friendly and polite receptionists and service personnel. I live in London but in travelling to my holiday home in Sandgate the engine diagnostic light came on my 9 month old CLA 200. I rang Lookers in Ashford who fitted me in the same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part and fitted 3days later whilst I waited.

I booked my car in to Ashford mercedes for convenience as it was closest to home. It was a recall with regard to the airbag.I have to admit that I have had bad service in the past,so, I was pleasantly surprised from the time a walked in the door and the receptionistwalked forward and greeted my husband and I with a smile and and after taking my namesorted everything, including making a coffee, ! from then on everything was dealt withvery efficiently by all , I had a couple of questions about the car which were nothing to dowith the air bag replacement, but they were also answered.

When I booked the service, I also asked about some problems I was having with my key because I kept getting a message advising that the battery was low despite fitting a new battery, so it was replaced, and I was charged for the battery, which is understandable but when it was serviced, I was informed that the service included a new battery for the key, which was rather frustrating, having only bought one when I booked the service.
