Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything we talked and discussed we were very happy through out our visit but the end result that Jordan achieved for my wife and I was the icing on the cake we would both love to do business with Jordan in the future.

We couldn’t test drive as we lived 4 hours away. However we were sent a video from Shane who was absolutely amazing from start to finish, always keeping us in touch with what was going on. He also arranged for the car to be driven to Derby so we could collect it. Fabulous service would highly recommend.

We were looked after by Dion Ford who we thought was excellent, very helpful, highly engaging and knowledgeable.I have given him all my contact details and my new timings. We look forward to working with him soon.

My overall experience of the staff at Ashford branch was excellent however due to Mercedes Benz company problems over my delivery it left a lot to be desired, frankly if it hadn't been for the Manager and Joe Halford's attentions I think I would have gone elsewhere and did indeed look elsewhere. Hopefully in 4 years time I won't have the same problems!
