My overall experience of the staff at Ashford branch was excellent however due to Mercedes Benz company problems over my delivery it left a lot to be desired, frankly if it hadn't been for the Manager and Joe Halford's attentions I think I would have gone elsewhere and did indeed look elsewhere. Hopefully in 4 years time I won't have the same problems!

My experience was very satisfying. Eleanor who looked after me from sales sales team made the process very relaxing. No pressure tactics so a pleasant time.she knew the answer to all my questions. So I was ease.A credit to the team.
