The reason for a low score on booking experience was because I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for an appointment to be told what the Mercedes Benz breakdown service had already told me

Visited due to an airbag replacement. Part took 5 weeks to order, was told I would get conformation of booking through email. This did not happen, I had to contact you to confirm part arrival and booking. I did note that my car sat 50 minutes before it was taken into the workshop. Receptionist was very welcoming. The service desk consultant was pleasant and thoughtful.

I think that a higher level of cleaning (valeting) of the vehicle, on return, would be preferable. I found the condition of my car was not as clean as I would expect from a Mercedes dealership.
