I think that a higher level of cleaning (valeting) of the vehicle, on return, would be preferable. I found the condition of my car was not as clean as I would expect from a Mercedes dealership.

If work needs to be done or parts replaced, then the service dept should ring earlier in the day while the car is at the garage.I would have preferred to have my brakes done, but now i have to re book with additional costs of getting the car there
