Personally I would prefer to be able to speak directly with the service department or reception rather than having to go through a call centre.

Good experience, nice waiting area with coffee machine which is always good.Very friendly staff, the gentleman that helped me kept me well informed.Car was washed and hoovered which was nice although the boot space was not hoovered - not a big deal though

The third car I’ve bought from this dealership over the past 15 years and I won’t buy a Mercedes’ from anywhere else, such a friendly and helpful nature about the team, and of course Beverly is there - she’s a pleasure to chat to and so accommodating. I have a Mercedes’ dealership much closer to me but I drive past it to go to Ashford.

My car was booked in breakdown under warranty to which I was entitled to a courtesy car while it was being repaired from calling breakdown I had a car 1 day out of 7 not impressed
