I had booked a service with the car collected from my home address at the time agreed and returned again at the time agreed, cleaned and looking very good. I have nothing but praise for the service.

Visited dealership for a scheduled repair under warranty. A further fault with the car had materialised in the days before my visit. I informed the staff of this fault when I arrived. After waiting for the booked repair to be carried out and new issue to be diagnosed I was informed nothing could be found despite an obvious fault with the car being present. I then had to pay to get an independent mechanic to diagnose the fault code with the car and then ring the dealership several times in order to speak to someone about my vehicle and explain that I was sent home with a clearly faulty car under warranty and was offered no solution. Car has now been booked back in for forther diagnostics but this should have been resolved first time around and not caused further disruption and delay to fixing the car. Not a very good service overall and attitude was fairly dismissive

The receptionist Bev is always happy,helpful and welcomingSteve Kirk was excellent in sorting the issue caused by the MBUX system upgrade done over the airwaves, which stopped my radio stations working. A hard software reset cured the problem. John was also friendly and helpful.
