I was called to say that one of my tyres was worn badly and would not pass the MOT. Another tyre was very low. I agreed in order to pass the MOT and maintain tyre balance, both tyres could be changed.I have just today 16th reviewed the video and the comments were... Your car has passed its MOT (before the new tyres) So I am confused by the discripency.

I am a big fan of Lookers in Ashford because the service team is top notch. Lee is an outstanding head of technical service and I have trusted him for years, since Canterbury, with the seven Mercs I have owned. His team are friendly and efficient and have really looked after my cars. I now live in West London and my current E class is seven years old but I would prefer to bring it to Lookers Ashford than any local Mercedes franchise or 'indie'. Thank you for being excellent.
