Living in Margate we tried the Canterbury branch for our annual service and some warranty repairs as it’s nearest but we had loads of problems with them and will now only use Ashford as they are 100% more professional.

When I collected the vehicle the radio station had been altered (no big deal) but the volume had been left at an extremely high level, so when the ignition came on my ears were blasted by very load music. Could you just ask the technicians or the valeting people to turn the radio back down when they’ve finished with the vehicle - it would be greatly appreciated.
