I was booked in for an airbag recall on aW204 C Class Estate on 28th JulyThe condition report was diligent - the technician should be credited with spotting bad damage to the inside of the front tyre wall.The service manager then searched stock and located replacement front tyres and reorganised his labour to change the tyres - he should be credited with really helpful managing of the situation.The next day we had a long motorway journey - may have been a lifesaver for us.thank you Mike & Caroline Peach

Being a Mobility Car we have always been satisfied with the service, unfortunately the cars lease is up and being Mobility we could not re-order which we would probably done. Although we have to wait another 5 months we have managed to order another car. Lets hope we have the same service.

Yes, I went to Maidstone not Ashford. Contact with the Service department was abysmal taking 9 calls all picked up by your call centre and even they sent urgent e mails to members of the service department and management. Only way i ended up chatting to someone was to ring the sales who sit opposite to them {who ansered straight away surprise surprise and one of the Sales team went over to the service department and got someone to call me back. That was at least a week after my first call to the service department. Not Good as have been with you over 25 years when Drake & Fletcher and then Dutton Forshaws etc.Terry Nichols.
