Spot on!

The service provided by Ryan White on the desk was excellent from the moment I arrived and throughout my visit. He kept me informed and constantly chased the process for me. Sadly the rest of the experience was very poor. I booked a 90 minute express service but was then for nearly 4 hours! Unbeknown to me my vehicle needed an update to the electric console to fix a fault from purchase. This was started without me being told or asked and once started couldn’t be stopped. This was a slow process that took forever to complete.

As the weather was very hot I was presented with 2 bottles of cold water so as not to get dihigrated it show they cared about the health of there customers.
