Having booked my car, I continued to receive several emails and SMS telling me my car was due a Service/MOT. This got most annoying, hence my low mark for the booking experience. Looked like different offices, with different systems, not linked up.

As ever - this visit was to sort the seat belt warning ⚠️ light coming on for no obvious reason - the process was a pleasure. John Collen looked after me as did the wonderful Beverly with conversation, coffee and biscuits. John sent me the usual, reassuring inspection video, showed me the diagnostic printout and explained how the problem could be solved. Love Lookers...they make car "troubles" disappear.
