TARA REEVE IS AN AMAZING SALES EXECUTIVE. FROM THE START OF THE ENQUIRY TO THE END OF COLLECTION A STUNNING PERFORMANCE. CUSTOMER CARE AT THE FOREFRONT ANSWERED ALL MY EMAILS AND QUESTIONS AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US. I TRAVELLED 8 HOURS ROUND TRIP. I WOULD BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM TARA IF I HAD THE MONEY INFACT IL USE MERCEDES BENZ OF ASHFORD FOR MY FIRST CHOICE OF MERCEDES DEALER. TARA HAS LITERALLY WON ME OVER WITH HER SERVICE. I BELIEVE TARA SHOULD BE RECOGNISED FOR THIS TRANSACTION AND MB UK SHOULD PAY TARA A GESTURE EG A MEAL ON THE COMPANY AS THE EXPERIENCE WAS DELIGHTFUL. DO NOT BY PASS THIS COMMENT MAKE SURE SHE IS RECOGNISED AND £30 VOUCHER FOR SOMETHING IS NOT OVER THE TOP. AGREEMENT IF YOU DO IT IL TOP IT OFF WITH ANOTHER £30 ! Done very well to accommodate me as I was running 1 hour late.due to road closure. Although I keep them informed. Bought a service plan while there and book in next service. Told I need new back tyres as they were perished .I pointed out you sold me car with them perished tyres

The service provided by Ryan White on the desk was excellent from the moment I arrived and throughout my visit. He kept me informed and constantly chased the process for me. Sadly the rest of the experience was very poor. I booked a 90 minute express service but was then for nearly 4 hours! Unbeknown to me my vehicle needed an update to the electric console to fix a fault from purchase. This was started without me being told or asked and once started couldn’t be stopped. This was a slow process that took forever to complete.

As the weather was very hot I was presented with 2 bottles of cold water so as not to get dihigrated it show they cared about the health of there customers.
