Ryan provided an excellent service. Kept me informed at all stages, sourced the parts I needed and expedited the work as I needed my vehicle for a long journey. All of this was complicated by the Jubilee long weekend but he managed to cope with this.

Service was great but I was a little frustrated that an issue with the last service milage entered (appreciate this was a strange error due to it being serviced in Italy) was not taken on by the dealership to help rectify, I am now trying to speak with MB customer services uk to sort it out so a full history report can be printed. As as I say being in a mercedes dealership I would have thought it could have been sorted internally on my behalf.
