Service was great but I was a little frustrated that an issue with the last service milage entered (appreciate this was a strange error due to it being serviced in Italy) was not taken on by the dealership to help rectify, I am now trying to speak with MB customer services uk to sort it out so a full history report can be printed. As as I say being in a mercedes dealership I would have thought it could have been sorted internally on my behalf.

car needs another visit as dealership did not have equipment to diagnose the problem so i now have a car with no air conditioning so not a perfect experiance

Great service, very attentive staff from the moment you walk in. Everything is explained to you what will be done and the visual check video is very informative. Nice clean, comfortable waiting area with great coffee!
