When booking we were told we could pick up the car between 4pm and 6pm. When phoned to say car was ready told to be there 5.30. But then the Web site says its open 8am till 6.30 pm.

We spoke with Joe in the sales team. He was patient, understanding of our requirements & circumstances. He was clearly very knowledgeable & very professional throughout our entire engagement with him.
