I have just spent over £50k with you on a new car, the fourth since 2017. I damaged a wheel on a kerb and I wanted it fixed and the suspension etc checked for damage. I couldn't get an appointment that suited me for three weeks for the check. You will only fix the wheel by taking my car for three days, with no replacement offered. The person on the booking line couldn't understand why I didn't want to do this. This is not the behaviour of a customer centric business.

Whilst I am quite pleased that the issue with my car was finally resolved. I found your communications quite poor. I had to chase up emails and even promised call backs. That was quite disappointing. I am booked in for my annual service and MOT next month hope it will be better this time around.
