But disappointed that I drove all the way to Ashford to be told that you have to be 25 years old to test drive a a45s. Considering I was planning on spending 55000 on a car I can’t believe I cannot test drive because of my age. I strongly believe in drive before you buy but now an a45s is off the cards as I have to wait 3 years just to test drive one. Even tho I have previously brought a car from the exact same dealership and test drive a car. The team is very friendly and helpful though.

Having taken a test drive in a CLA premium plus from your forecourt, we were somewhat surprised to find , only on picking up our new vehicle, that the premium plus specification had been subsequently reduced, so that the car does not include electrically operated and memory seats. We feel that this might usefully have been pointed out while we were considering the purchase as we had said that this was one of our preferences.

Couldn’t fault the service I received. Good salesman but unfortunately there were no cars available for my budget due to the drop in value in only a few weeks on my car which I would have traded in. I’ll keep looking on the website and see if anything turns up

I dealt with Tara Reeve who was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Although she is only part time, she dealt with my emails very promptly and to achieve this must have been doing so on her non working days. Ashford is not the closest dealership to my home, but I travel the extra distance because I always get good service from the staff. I have now bought my third car from them and never had any reason to complain.

This is our 4th Mercedes. over the. last 10 years superb cars, great deals long may it continue, pleasure to have done the deal with Dion.

Before going to Ashford Mercedes we went to a few other dealerships in the area where our experience was poor as it felt that we weren’t listened to or our business valued by the staff who appeared to have lost their customer service focus over the pandemic and lock downs. Immediately when we entered Ashford Mercedes we were engaged by attentive friendly staff who made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Special thanks goes to Mark the sales manager and Eleanor who really were a breath of fresh air and kept us posted through the whole process. 100% will be coming back to Ashford Mercedes for my next car.
