I found Joe to be very helpful and explained to him some of my frustrations with my past purchase. His communication was excellent, and the car was actually delivered earlier than planned and the process was effortless. Collection took no more than 20 minutes and the car is fantastic, huge thanks to Joe for making the experience exactly what I wanted. I wasn't offered a service plan as Joe was already aware that my company pays for this.
