Purchasing a car from Lookers Ashford was a very pleasant, but justifiably expensive experience. I am very pleased with my vehicle as are our grandchildren. If the coloured ambient "disco" lighting wasn't enough to excite our ten year old effervescent grand daughter, the unexpected surprise of the convertible roof going up caused a shriek of excitement that woke the entire street. She says she definitely wants a car like this when she grows up. So you may have won another potential customer.The car is all we had hoped for and Lookers customer service was superb. Well done Paul Clifton for sorting everything out for us. We didn't know that buying a car involved so much paperwork!

The car was sold to me by Paul Clifton, no pressure from him, to buy a car , great communication, on picking the car up explained how all things worked ,

The car has three faults, all of which need resolution. At present the car will remain with the dealer until all issues are resolved to my satisfaction.

I am from the old school and used to reading Brochures, now with the modern technology it is hard to follow the notes. I study the U tube on the latest Mercedes, but there is not much in the showroom.

I dealt with Dion Ford and he is a credit to your team as was the receptionist at your Ashford Mercedes branch who was very professional.

Unfortunately one item that needed replacing snowballed into 3! However your people dealt with it well and hopefully it will all be ok now. Thankyou for your help, Heather
