The online booking is not poor. I've used this twice in the last 2 years and both times, after a confirmed time and date has been given online, I was contacted within 24hrs to say that it was not available and needed changing. I might as well have just called rather than using the online service.

I wasn’t able to proceed with a purchase on this occasion due to financial reasons but I will be looking forward to another special event in the near future.

Not great I am afraidVehicle was brought in and accepted very quickly - ie day of the fault . Great . However it could not be looked at straightaway but it took time to communicate that .It was collected 3 days later as agreed with explanation of problem . Repair was fine for just 24 hours but fault (sun roof not closing) reappeared the following day . It will now have to go back to garage and I would not be very happy if solution was not cured this time . I am not expecting to pay for putting this right - albeit there was a mention of a diagnostic charge .I am just in process of recommitting to 2 cars on new leases with Mercedes but this hasn’t been best of experiences in an otherwise trouble free 4 year relationship
