The guy I spoke with very helpful and honest. Shame the manufacturing arm of Mercedes-Benz not being so helpful. E.G. supplying a top of the range brand new B Class without its specified Electronic Tailgate and not telling the dealership, and consequently ourselves the purchaser, until after the car is ready for collection from show room. All because of lack of 'chips'!No problem with Dealer, but Mercedes-Benz themselves have left us feeling very cheated.
