Although the part ordered was delayed and I have to wait for another day than the agreed collection day I was happy with the services provided. My car was delivered to my home free of charge which was really convenient. Thank you. You never disappoint.

The vehicle was used and a very few things needed to be attended to and that will be done when I receive the log book back and my personal plates can be fitted. Good srvice all round.

A couple of work items on the car were flagged up by the video report.The dealership should have followed up those issues with a telephone call :Would I like to have those issues dealt with by the dealership , this is the cost and timescale.This did not happen
