Couldn’t fault the service!! Eleanor was brilliant!!

Paul Clifton was fantastic- we experienced delays as in all new vehicles at this present time, but Paul keep us in the loop and chased our order continuously every week. All the paperwork was sent in a very timely manner, was explained and was made very easy. When we took delivery we were treated like VIPs and could not be happier with our new car. A couple of work items on the car were flagged up by the video report.The dealership should have followed up those issues with a telephone call :Would I like to have those issues dealt with by the dealership , this is the cost and timescale.This did not happen

It was the 1st time of visiting, John was great when i dropped the car off and explained the hire car in detail. i was kept updated all day, the car inspection video was great. the lady on reception when i collected it was really helpful and explained exactly what had been done.very professional service 10 out of 10

I didn’t feel that the uninvolvement of the dealership staff (despite my going into the dealership in person) in the booking amounted to the level of service Mercedes customers pay for.
