Sir/Madam, I cannot praise your team high enough with regard to the the i was treated with the GLA , they were outstanding in all areas, the GLA will be returning next month as my 3yrs will be up on this vehicle and have choosen another dealer for my next car but please be assured will be returning to Mercedes in 3yrs time as plan to save for another Mercedes model, so please pass my thanks to all concerned. I have been very impressed with Lookers since first registering my C200 with you, getting help pairing my new phone to the car and now with this Safety Recall. Mr John Collen (I think) on the right hand service desk was very pleasant, professional and positive and the courtesy car was CLEAN! I really cannot fault Lookers and would most certainly recommend you.
