After a fault was diagnosed over 6 weeks ago, I left the vehicle for 48 hours to have two problems dealt with, only to be told that the required part was not available after all and had to be ordered in! Why wasn't this done in the first place? I now have to book my car in again for a whole day with all the hassle this entails!

My car was picked up and taken to service and brought back on the same day . The problem I had with the back window was rectified and new parts fitted and the car was cleaned . All in all it was Excellent.
