We had a very good experience at Ashford from choosing the car we liked online , calling to arrange an appointment and collecting . A very helpful attentive lady at reception greeted us and made us coffee . Aarons knowledge of Mercedes left us sure we had made the right decision and answered all our questions. On the day of collection the transaction was straight forward and all paperwork ready to sign and car controls and interior benefits were all covered . Our service plan as asked was also set up on the day . Everything sorted . Thankyou reception , service team and Aaron our sales person .

My first service was due on Thursday the 1st of August. Whilst being informed of progress by video and I was grateful to have a courtesy car, my only issue was they never cleaned my Mercedes afterwards to a good standard, apart from that, I was happy with the service I received..

My car was collected serviced and mot quickly and efficiently and returned to me on time. My only cause for concern was being unable to pay the cost by card as I have always done in the past. Rachel and Linda were very helpful. I paid by cheque something I have not done for several years
