I arrived on time, my car was swiftly logged in and my loan car was waiting.. 5hrs. later, I received the call to say my service and MOT had been successfully completed. The lady on reception was very helpful and attentive, Steve, the service manager was brilliant and informative. Thanks to you all, I was able to catch a shuttle to France.

Excellent and quick service despite my car being booked in for the whole day. My MOT was scheduled for the afternoon but they completed by car health check in the morning. All went well. Phew! The MOT was done quicker than I expected and I got my car back 2 hours earlier than I though. Always great service.

I was treated very well and the lady was very polite. However I was asked if I was red car washed which I said yes, but they never did clean it very disappointed
