Very good service. Came in with dodgy passenger window not closing properly or opening fully. Service manager got a technician to try the reset there and then, did not fix it. Whilst waiting to make an appointment to book it in he came back and said there was one other possible quick fix prior to ordering parts. They took the car in there and then and fixed it. Even got a condition video sent to me. All in all less then 45 minutes.

Excellent. Car picked up from home. Returned within time specified.Same drive both journers. Very polite & courteous. Paid by "card" over the 'phone for M.O.T, if it still called that today? 2 days later received in the post the little collection of previous M.O.T.s with the Service book, I had completely forgotten about it. Thank you Lookers.

Totally satisfied with the whole service provided. Having a service contract makes the whole maintenance programme problem free. All the staff involved were efficient, helpful and courteous.

From start to finish my experience was a pleasant, relaxing one. The staff were professional and courteous.

The lads in the service department were amazing, polite and very professional. They followed all the new guidelines with confidence.

Good customer service team were attentive with excellent client respect every person in the Service team asked If I was being attended to. My car was immaculate and fully sanitised with a nice touch of the stick on label over the door opening to prove it had been sealed after cleaning Thank you Mercedes Ashford

All staff members very helpful and even with the new COVID restrictions it was still very straightforward (did miss the car being cleaned though)
