I telephoned the previous day (Friday) and was not given helpful information at all I then called on Saturday morning and the person (Linda) on the phone was excellent in knowledge and helpful information resulting in the problem being sorted - brilliant.

Excellent customer service at Mercedes Benz of Ashford. 5 Stars also for Aaron Maplesden, him was briliant and show much professionalism for my new car purchase. In the last 4 years I always had a warm welcome from all staff from there.
