Friendly polite helpful staff. It’s such a pity that the used approved car I bought from Cardiff had so many faults (that should have been rectified before I took delivery of the car). It seems to me that Mercedes Benz warranty were reluctant to incur the cost of putting the faults right. Also, the Service Plan admin department didn’t communicate with me that they had cancelled my service agreement.
