An important Recall was required on my A Class. The letter advising me of this stated that it was urgent and needed action now. I telephoned my Ashford Branch to book the car in. They told me they were busy with many similar recalls and that it would be early June 2024.I told them I was towing my caravan over the Public Holiday weekend and felt uncomfortable having to do this. The garage immediately said they could fit me in within 3 days.That’s what I call Service at its Best
