The staff are excellent. The place is nice. However was told to expect a 90 min appt (decided to wait on the basis of that) but they said it’d be 2 hours when I arrived, had a good book so settled down, but it was nearer to 3 1/2- 4 hours in the end! That’s all that stopped it being 5 hours tbh.
