My hire car was readyAnd the booking experience was stressfree. My service was done very quickly and I'm happy with the work that was carried out. They sort out the problem with my tires that were stressing me outSo I will continue to use Ashford going forward.

It would have been 5 stars but for the fact that after about 10 miles of my drive home to Essex, a tyre pressure warning appeared. When I checked the tyre pressures, I found that all were significantly under their prescribed pressures, with a front tyre that should have been 40 psi was actually 31.5 psi. The other 3 were up to 5 psi below their prescribed pressure. Whoever was responsible for checking tyre pressures must have missed it.
