I was sold a care plan that included an item which should not have been included. Although this was initially left out of the service, Mercedes Ashford took up the matter on my behalf and I was invited to return the car for the ATS fluid change to be done at no extra cost. They also arranged for collection and return of my vehicle. I am very grateful to all concerned.

Pleased that I was able to book service and MOT with ease. Great that could have car collected and delivered back to my home. Kept informed and given price for new tyre.Not terribly impressed with the cleaning , inside & out of the car. If you are going to say car has been washed/ cleaned, then please ensure it is done properly. Definitely let’s down the otherwise excellent service provided
