The welcome was great as usual. Bev is always outstanding. I was comfortable while I waited, with offers of coffee etc being made. My screen wash was topped up for me when the warning came up in the dashboard

Everything was simple and smooth. I made an arrangement for my car to be picked up from my address, they kept in contact to advise of the time for it to be picked up a few days before. They collected my car, advised when it would be ready and it was back in my hands a few hours after being sorted. It was such a streamlined experience.

car was dirty here and there, some scuffs and plastic panels scratched, not mentioned and not seen on pictures. overall i like the car, but this was a downer really , Adam was great though, right to the point which i like.
