Booking service was easy. The service was carried out within the timescale given. Staff very friendly and professional. Waiting area comfortable and free drinks. Great customer service.

The welcome was great as usual. Bev is always outstanding. I was comfortable while I waited, with offers of coffee etc being made. My screen wash was topped up for me when the warning came up in the dashboard

Everything was simple and smooth. I made an arrangement for my car to be picked up from my address, they kept in contact to advise of the time for it to be picked up a few days before. They collected my car, advised when it would be ready and it was back in my hands a few hours after being sorted. It was such a streamlined experience.

As always, my reception was warm and welcoming, I was immediately provided with coffee. John was friendly, helpful and efficient. The work was carried out in good time.

car was dirty here and there, some scuffs and plastic panels scratched, not mentioned and not seen on pictures. overall i like the car, but this was a downer really , Adam was great though, right to the point which i like.
