I had an issue with my car that was urgent. I spoke to Rachel and she went above and beyond to get it sorted for me at short notice. The entire team at Ashford Mercedes are superb- they all deserve recognition for their expertise and outstanding customer service.

As always excellent and professional service. The coffee machine was out of order, second time I’ve been in where that’s been the case. However, Mercedes-Benz of Ashford were very hospitable and offered alternatives.
