Dion was excellent, a credit to the company - he was very knowledgeable. It was a decision between the 1 series BMW or the Mercedes and I have chosen the Mercedes, partly because the of the excellent service that I received.

Process was very well managed. On the day the handover was completed on time with full car familiarisation. Even though I bought the cheapest car in the range, I was made to feel as though I was buying the most expensive!
