Everything was great but it would be nice if you could offer a free pick up and drop off service as it is difficult to get there and back without a car. I begrudge paying extra for this when other service centres offer it for free.

I am in my late 80s and the pick up and return service is greatly appreciated. The alternative is a drive over to Ashford and public transport or a taxi back x 2. The video feed back while the car is work in progress is also helpful. Customers like to be informed and a car is a valuable asset. The female contact point (Megan) was polite and efficient. The new payment system easy to use. And the car is returned cleaned. Well done
