Consistent brilliant service at Mercedes-Benz of Ashford. Rachael and Wayne were brilliant, very helpful, professional but also friendly and hospitable. Receptionist (not sure of her name) is outstanding. Issues are resolved promptly and without a fuss. The happy working environment is very evident!!

I was very pleased with the service. My car went in for a service and un beknown to me it turned out that i needed 4 new tyres.They were not available on the day, but the lady who was dealing with me ensured they were available the next day.One issue I had was that the next day i was due to be using the car to go on holiday and so needed the car back by a certain time.the lady dealing with me knew this and did her checks with everyone to make sure the car would be ready on timesure enough the next day the car was ready and ready early and cleaned.I wish I took the name of the 2 ladies who provided such good service, but they were both superstarsthanks

Deon was brilliant and very patient. Very Knowledgeable and looked at all options available. Brought some cars for me to look at.Please be aware that the score below for question 3 is set low - not because of Deon but due the constant phone calls and pressure from the sales team over the past one and a half years trying to get me to change my car and purchase a new one, which in the current climate has not been possible.
