On Saturday 6 Jan I received an email from you advising me that my dipped left hand headlight was defective. I called you at 8.00 am on Monday morning 6 January to see whether I could book in later that day (I explained that I was travelling back to London from Deal later that day and it would be convenient to drop in on my way back). I explained that it was possible that the bulb had failed and that if so it would only be a quick repair. You explained that you charged for servicing by the hour and that the minimum charge would be to the order of £190. Despite the very short notice you fitted me in for a service slot that afternoon. It turned out that all that was required was a new bulb and you charged me only some £52 for the bulb and the labour. So a good experience all round.Thank you.
