Team know everything in advance and welcomed in warm manner. John Collen was excellent in explaining me everything about services and diagnostic. The hospitality of the whole team was excellent even I met my previous sales executives who came to greet and exchanged greetings.

Your service manager, John, sorted out the apparent admin' error made 2 years ago when I purchased my car relating to an Assured Warrantee which, at times I had been querying and trying to establish was in place since the purchase. His diligence is therefore really noteworthy. Warrantee work required is to be done next week. Therefore I cannot answer the questions as work carried out and invoice so ignore the rating I've had to give them just to send this.
