The staff at Ashford were excellent and could not do enough to assist. But for someone who has only basic competence with IT the paper-free documents were not always completely user-friendly.

The reason for my recent visit to Mercedes at Ashford at the end of October was to replace a damaged wing-mirror. The work was completed within the estimated time and completely repaired to my satisfaction. The Service Team member, Megan, was good in providing feedback to me during the repair, and organised a winter check on the car during that visit. Other members of the team, notably Linda and Beverley, were helpful and welcoming as always.
