Friendly staff. Showroom slightly strange wasn't sure if it was new or used vehicles. Unclear what the options were or how they could gain access to things. However they took the time to discuss options with us although hybrid wasn't really something they endorse or have much access to. Also have tried calling messaging and emailing back to requests for further help from yoy to say we have decided to go with another car and they all bounce back.
