No waiting, and the Service Check-in person was very helpful.

Luke was brilliant, from the moment we arrived for the test drive to when we picked up the car we were well looked after. We have had a fantastic experience with Lookers in Ashford and would highly recommend Luke. We are very happy with the Mercedes and wouldn't hesitate to come back when we want another car.

Having taken my EQA in to have a technician look at an issue with my front lights staying on all the time it was fixed very quickly. I also had a health check which showed I had an issue with a tyre. They took the car back in and changed the tyre very quickly. When I collected the car it is spotless, clean inside and out. Very pleased.

Excellent. Can't fault them. Great customer service. Car went in for a recall picked up and returned. However when returned came back with a damaged switched but was dealt with in a most satisfactory manor. Linda in the service depth was fantastic.
