we always get a bright and friendly reception and are offered a refreshment. We are looked after well and use the waiting time to look at new or different models.Waiting time is usually short and all the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, so very happy with visiting Mercedes Ashford.

On the hole great service well appreciated. However only concern is I handed both my keys for stopping the change battery command even after changing the keys. Unfortunately the particular command persists and I don’t know how to stop it.Please guide me how to sort it out.Thanks.
