outstanding customer service , i was provided with a working space while waiting for my car .

On the hole great service well appreciated. However only concern is I handed both my keys for stopping the change battery command even after changing the keys. Unfortunately the particular command persists and I don’t know how to stop it.Please guide me how to sort it out.Thanks.

The car was collected and returned on time by a very pleasant gentleman. The video was very well done and informative.

As usual with the service department at Ashford, the entire process from booking through to reception on arrival and on handing the car back was conducted efficiently by friendly, knowledgeable staff. In particular on this occasion the video safety check was very thorough and addressed all of our pre-advised concerns with the technician taking time to explain in simple terms all of his findings.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming not only providing me with a lovely cup of coffee and biscuits but also making sure my dog had a bowl of water as well while we waited for the service team to arrive as I was early.Overall the service provided was done to a very high standard and in a timely manner.Would be happy to recommend Mercedes Ashford to anyone who drives one, was a pleasure.
