Impressive by the staff always friendly, kept me informed, I did not feel pressured into anything and when decided not to make a purchase my decision was respect I will definitely use ashford again when I upgrade my current Mercedes

Mainly the salesperson, Luke Potter - demonstrated amazing customer service through every step of the journey. Additionally, went over and beyond with someone who is not a computer savvy as perhaps everyone and really helped to set the car up & ready to usu - even offered for me to go back if some info' was a little overwhelming all at once - thoroughly recommend to anyone
