Would have been excellent if it wasn’t for a brief conversation with a member of staff, not the person who sold us the car.I called Joe to enquire about next steps and a chap named James answered. I was a little thrown when he answered as he didn’t do a standard corporate greeting so thought I’d got straight through to a direct line. I wouldn’t say that James was particularly rude but he also wasn’t particularly polite. Perhaps my expectations are too high but it might be worth listening to that call, I was left feeling that my call was an inconvenience and I’m not sure that this is the standard Mercedes would expect.
