I don't understand why the checking of Ad Blue levels is not covered in the service price. It's the same as checking oil levels,washer bottle, brake fluid surely.

In my situation I have to really mention Mr.Dion Ford who explained everything more than once to me, answered all questions immediately, who is very familiar and professional in his place of work. I’ve had some extremely bad experiences with dealerships (even Cazoo) and was very anxious and even scared to go through the whole process of purchasing a vehicle but all that went away after my first chat with Mr.Dion.Also considering that car is 7 years old, it almost looked like brand new vehicle. Starting from the outside where it had some repairs done in your shop, perfect polish after and all imperfections then disappeared to every single detail inside. Definitely 10/10 experience and honestly can’t wait to get another vehicle from You in a couple of years!

Faultless service from the moment I visited, through to me collecting my vehicle a few days later. I came in for a service & MOT, it was spotted that I had a vacuum pump issue with my breaks, all dealt with without fuss, my extended warranty was dealt with to cover the costs of parts & labour. I would recommend service plans & extended warranties with Mercedes, again faultless.Now to your staff at the Ashford Mercedes Benz, a credit to Mercedes, Ryan the mechanic, personally speaking to me with the problem & not letting me drive the car away due to safety issues. Then we have Ryan White who was amazing all day, letting me know what was happening all the way through the process, top man! Last of all Bev on reception, so welcoming & always making sure I was ok, supplying me with tea & biscuits.It is the small things like this that would make me recommend Lookers Mercedes Benz, these things go a long way.
